During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. pav88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure information accuracy. Failure to provide accurate details may result in temporary account suspension pending verification.
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account username and password. Do not share login credentials with anyone. pav88 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your negligence in protecting account information.

User Responsibility & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the pav88 platform solely for personal and lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

- Engaging in fraud, account manipulation, or any activity aimed at deceiving the pav88 system.
- Sharing login information or transferring account ownership to others.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Accessing the platform using location-masking software (such as VPNs) to bypass regional restrictions is prohibited.
- Uploading or distributing illegal, threatening content or content violating third-party rights.
Pav88 reserves the right to take immediate action against any accounts suspected of violating these terms, including temporary suspension, account balance freezing, and referral to authorities if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on pav88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pav88 supports popular local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay to facilitate fast, secure transactions for Malaysian users.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to pav88 policies and may vary by payment method. Up-to-date limit information can be found in your account settings after logging in.
Withdrawals will be processed once user identity verification is completed. pav88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for security or compliance review, especially for accounts pending full verification. Typical processing times range from one to 24 hours for standard payment methods.
Pav88 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by users. Users must ensure all payment information is accurate before confirming any transactions.

Account Policy, Term Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Pav88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of term violations, suspicious activities, or under relevant authority orders. Any balances in accounts suspended due to fraud or misconduct may be forfeited following investigation.
Users may close their accounts anytime by contacting the pav88 support team. Before closing, all eligible balances must be withdrawn by the user following the specified withdrawal procedures.
Changes to Terms
Pav88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via platform notices or emails to registered users. The updated terms date will be recorded at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
